Editor: Skype TTS is a plugin through which you can send a speech from TTS to a voice conversation.
You can use it when you do not have a Microphone. Your caller can talk and you can respond by writing. When you press enter, the text will be converted into speech and your call will be able to Hear It.
You can select different voices (but you will need to install and they must be compatible with SAPI).
